Power Tool Repairs building Woodstock

The entire building, dating back to the early 1900’s had no formal foundations. MEWA designed a 2^nd story building to fit on top of the old building, ringing the old building in steel and adding a timber frame 2^nd floor which was built to match the exact lower building, this included a half circle roof,  below ground storage and state of the art workshops. The entire building complied with National Heritage regulations including rounded wooden veranda columns. The entire structure was built at the MEWA factory and then re-fitted on site while the business continued to function.
